The European Union's General Product Safety Directive stipulates that all consumer products placed on the market must be safe. This also applies to children's clothing.
In order to specify the safety requirements for children's clothing, a standard has been developed, that deals in great detail with the processing of cords and drawstrings.
This standard EN 14682 is the most important standard for children's clothing and in our video tutorial we give you an overview of which requirements must be met.
